Supplemental benefits are a much more important and desired element for businesses and their overall benefits offering to their employees. These products help to attract and retain quality employees. High deductible health plans are a bigger and bigger percentage of major medical insurance plans offered today. These products help keep your employees more financially stable in the event of a major accident or illness that keeps them out of work and/or requires hospitalization.
