“PsychEconomics” – a phrase coined by Bruce Wildes, franchise consultant and manager, is the economics of focusing on growing more profitable from existing customer relationships compared to acquiring new ones. The active process is leveraged by today’s environment of social media and mobile devices.
The panel discussion is scheduled for Thursday, September 12 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. followed by lunch and networking from 1 – 2 p.m. and will be held at The Learning Express corporate headquarters, 29 Buena Vista Street, Devens, MA.
Cost is $10 for franchisors/franchisees and $25 for supplier members. The training room is limited to 30 people, thus pre-registration is required.
Panelist include Dave Tucci, a Firehouse Subs area developer, Rob Prange of Papa Johns franchisee and Kevin DuBois, Lapels Dry Cleaning’s CEO. The panel discussion will be led by Bruce Wildes, New England Franchise Association board member and CEO of The Local Marketing Group.
The highly interactive panel discussion will explore the following questions. What’s a loyal customer worth? What do you do to create true loyalty? What does a detractor cost? How do you control the damage they can cause today? What is reputation management all about?
